Hello Ann, what I started to say was that yes I have lots of things I have been sorting through from childhood and becoming aware of being stuck in those old patterns of being very good at hiding, trying to stay small and feeling if I speak up that it will get me in trouble. These are all things I perfected as a child for various reasons and have been working through them on various levels in order to grow and change. Not always an easy task. When it's what you know and what you are very familiar with, a new way of thinking or being is almost inconceivable at times. However it is my greatest desire and I will keep taking small steps to achieve that goal. Thank you for your awesome insight and I feel blessed to be with you sharing this journey. Have a great day!
