I recently was introduced to the fact that I am an empath.. I need help. I don't know how first to protect myself.. Intense life..please teach me.. I know that when I am at my best I help others... I struggle.. U people can help me help myself and others. I have another gift.. My voice.

What are you currently doing to improve life for yourself and others?

Hiding.. Had to get my son and I out of danger.. Keeping him in good spirits helps us both.. I have empath sons and have had a sidistic sick husband.. My life has been made up of running to find a love where I belong as a kid. Cold people everywhere, just about.. At least there's been learning.. And adventure..

What is your heart's greatest desire?

To spread the goodness.
