how are you and how are your "business plans" going?

I appreciated your participation in all 3 levels and esp. the creative comments you made for practicing on letters and numbers. Thanks.

I've created a "practice plan" for myself that I'm willing to share with anyone interested, maintaining the powerful group energy we've created in the last course. Having a small "practice or challenge" group for a while could help us, I think, to really make best use of the impulses we've received by Debra.

My vision is to keep us motivated and in regular practice with minimal effort and time involved (approx. 5 mins. a day). Maybe you're interested or have any suggestions? (Later-on I'm going to post it also on 7th sight, but possibly you have any loggistic ideas or further creative thoughts?)
