What are you currently doing to improve life for yourself and others?

For the last two years, I've been learning to train my empath gift and focus on healing myself and preventing empath drain and overwhelm. At the same time, I have been learning to hold space for others so that they may heal in their own space and time. I recently started directing my gift to help animals and have been developing my animal communication and mediumship abilities, through which I've helped several pets and their people. I also just started studying Reiki and hope to add it to my animal practice.

What is your heart's greatest desire?

For myself and others, physical, emotional, and mental good health. For all animals everywhere, safety, sustenance, and freedom to just be. For the world, the eradication of fear which I believe underlies so many of the problems we face as a civilization.
