Just recently discovered I may be an empath. If I am one than I need to learn some coping skills. Also it would be nice to have people to relate to.

What are you currently doing to improve life for yourself and others?
All I do is work. I try my best to take care of the people I love and I try to be kind to everyone even people I don't care for. But in all sincerity I don't really do anything because I don't know what to do.
What is your heart's greatest desire?
Calm. Inner peace.
