What are you currently doing to improve life for yourself and others?

Teaching a variety of meditation and qi gong classes, learning guitar, cleaning out the garage, doing things with loved ones, supporting all my students, doing art with my great niece and nephew, being open to inner knowing, ready to respond to knowing.

What is your heart's greatest desire?

My heart's greatest desire and greatest enjoyment is encouraging others, giving what I know away, continual learning, using all my abilities---aligned with inner knowing---for the good of all.
