What are you currently doing to improve life for yourself and others?

Thats a loaded question...physically I walk & take care of my body, eat well- vegetarian for 8 years, yoga. Spiritually - raised Roman Catholic buy an Italian protective mother loaded with lots of guilt have worked very hard not to unload that guilt on others or reflect that guilt in any way. meditate frequently! Still have a great relationship with God however do not have a relationship with the Catholic Church. Emotionally- I am a cow thoughtful person who usually doesn't get caught up in a frantic situation I can look a fire and know what to do and not panic however with relationships between two people I am a mess. I get stuck in energy sucking relationships and I find myself drawn to alcoholic and/or anger management people. I think that is from my childhood grandfather two uncles one cousin & two aunts all alcoholic, not to mention growing up in an Italian Catholic Family where wine was served at every meal including all the kids & it didn't matter how old you were, I do not enjoy alcohol and I don't imbibe in that way but that type of personality comforts me but it ends badly. So when I talk about emotions and other people I find I get sucked into their life and after this last situation I started searching for why & that question brought me here.

What is your heart's greatest desire?

My Heart's Greatest desire beyond any other wish is to be able to communicate with all species, all creatures, all living things on this planet and speak every language that humans speak. My second more realistic desireis to be a best-selling published author. I have published two books but I do not know how to reach out and capture people's interest. The books themselves, those who read, really love them, but I don't know how to go any further once they are written they're written
