Taking this course is one of the things I'm doing and following my intuition to do so. I'm a Health Coach and Yoga instructor with 20 years of experience with my own practice and helping others. I've owned Yoga Studios and currently started a new business for women ages 40+ called Rising StrongHER.
What is your heart's greatest desire?
That my family, friends, and I age well, live well, love well, and experience expansive joy in this life.
