I'm joining SeventhSight as part of my classes through ISC! I hope to find community support, validation, and new ideas for self-care through this website.

What are you currently doing to improve life for yourself and others?
I'm working to improve life for myself & others by learning how to manage land for sustainable, regenerative agriculture in a changing climate. I'm learning to take better care of my body as though I'm equally as deserving as my loved ones. I choose time every day to be intentional with my closest loved ones, to see them anew each day and listen deeply. I've seemingly always been engaged in self-awareness & self-improvement practices, and now I'm learning not make myself suffer to be perfect.
What is your heart's greatest desire?
I just want desperately to be happy in a world full of joy and beauty, unthreatened.
