I am active in being of service to others through an organization I belong too.I read meditate and sometimes practice yoga.

What is your heart's greatest desire?

to be free completely from and to have total awareness and presence. To be fully conscious and present without judgement and to have the ability to consciously channel this energy to use it to heal and to help others
