I meditate daily, both individually and in group settings. I also dance, and connect with people and Spirit through dance.
What is your heart's greatest desire?
To free myself of the limitations I carry; negative patterns and dark energies that are in the way of my ability to truly stay in the present moment, connect with others, and trust.
