What are you currently doing to improve life for yourself and others?
I am meditating, which helps a lot in how I react--and I know it can only make my relationships stronger. Working towards a connection with Spirit heals my soul and makes me happy. I am also learning to care for my body.
What is your heart's greatest desire?
Spiritually: Work with Spirit to help people, and to connect with Spirit to ease the pain I feel for not being connected in the way I want to be connected and aware. I also am working hard to be in a career that I love and that is another very strong aspect I am chasing to be happy.
