What are you currently doing to improve life for yourself and others?
I meditate I practice forgiveness I consciously use affirmative prayers I pray for others, i do angel healings on others. i breathe deeply when old negative patterns try to steal away the love, patience & joy i choose as my LIfe and a gift for others.
What is your heart's greatest desire?
To be Happy and bring humor to others, To be free to express myself openly, widely and freely.

Hi Sandra! Have a wonderful time on your cruise! Will post the recording for this week too. I was visiting Michele Schultz and her family over the last couple days. She asked how you were enjoying the class and then we decided to look you up on the internet, Wow! You are one of the most beautiful models I've ever seen! Hi Sandra, Welcome to the group. It was nice to meet you in class. Although it's strange for me to say nice to meet you when our only contact is a conference call. Usually I pick up so much information when I meet someone in person. On the conference call I feel like a blind man, I really don't get a sense of anybody yet. Perhaps this group will help with that.
