What are you currently doing to improve life for yourself and others?
I am a personal trainer and after reading the "China Study" and other vegan books (Alicia Silverstone's, Robert Cheeke) I too became vegan in hopes of alleviating spiritual suffering.
What is your heart's greatest desire?
To work past my 'road blocks' of fear and move into a more loving and free man/person.
