  Hi Beatrice

  Sorry I have not been on the site for a few days, Automatic writing started for me by reading and experimenting and then there was a lot of information I was given from my spirit guides, guardian angels and some deceased relatives.  I love this form of communication but had no formal training, therefore i was practising without grounding, centering and shielding which was a big mistake.  Through Spiritbron and Butterbee I understand better what i needed to do before writing.  Since then I better understood that I have all the "Clair's" but need to develop them better.  I have not taken any of Debra's classes as yet because I purchased a book recently called Angel Code that guides me really well, so I will think about Debra's class if I find my progress is too limiting.  I hope you have a great experience with  the class!
