Oh definitely!! First off, I've posted one grounding exercise, and I'm about to post another. These are wonderful because grounding is so important. 1) It helps you cleanse and protect yourself. 2) It helps you develop your visualization skills. and 3) It gets your psychic self familiar with working with energy. My first and foremost piece of advice is to ground.
