What are you currently doing to improve life for yourself and others?
I’ve started working on healing myself about 9 years ago and make it a daily practice to take time for myself and my children. I try to teach them about feeling their bodies, feelings, being present, and listening in silence. At that time I was a massage therapist. I’m currently a hypnotherapist, biofield tuning practitioner (almost but practicing in friends and family) and am in the process of launching an online healing program.
What is your heart's greatest desire?
To love unconditionally and to fully heal so I set a wonderful example for my children and in turn improve humanity.
