What are you currently doing to improve life for yourself and others?
Spiritual practise, balanced lifestyle with proper sleep, physical exercise and low carb fresh food and herbal teas.
Since 2010 I do Yoga and meditation. I have several trainings in Psychology, Ayurveda, medical QiGong, Pranic Healing, shamanism (North American and Siberian) and Animal Communication, which I offer for healing relationships between humans and animals and offer a deeper understanding of the need to overcome anthropocentrism.
What is your heart's greatest desire?
To have and keep a deep connection to source and be a human of grace, be someone who serves humanity in the name of our creator.
